Hey Friend! I'm Claire Mia and I uniquely live at the intersection of Faith, Race, & Womanhood. I am an alumni of the University of Central Florida where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, followed by a Masters of Business Administration and Master of Sport Business Management.
I am a first generation Caribbean-American, originally from Miami and residing in Dallas, TX. I have a toy poodle named Ziggy, love music, and enjoy traveling to anywhere and everywhere to experience different cultures and perspectives.
By day, I'm a Full Time Clinical Sr. Product Manager that focuses on creating products that disrupt the Mental Health marketplace. As an individual who lost my best friend to suicide and personally fights with depression and anxiety, I am committed to creating accessible resources for the everyday individual, especially for underserved and marginalized communities.
By night, I'm a part time Psychotherapeutic & Trap Yoga Teacher. I am a CTAA, MHA, and IHHP Certified Mental Health Coach as well as 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I love working with individuals one on one to help them address mental health issues through functional movement as well as teaching community classes that provide an escape from our everyday stressors.
